To Place An Order Online:
Add at least one item to your shopping bag and then go to Checkout. During checkout, you can select shipping options, enter payment information, and add billing and shipping addresses.You can also review your order before it's final, and make changes to the color, size, or quantity of an item, where applicable, by clicking on the product image.
Once the order is placed, an order confirmation immediately appears in the same window with your order number. We suggest you write the order number down before closing your browser.
Within 2 hours, you will receive a confirmation email, which shows the same order number. Check the status of your online orders at any time by clicking on the "Orders" link or "Login" link at the bottom of the website page.
When your order has shipped, a second email with tracking details will be sent to you.
About Back Orders
Sometimes items are not available at the time you want to purchase them. If you decide to place an order, these items are placed on "back order," which means your credit card is authorized for the purchase, but it's not charged until the items become available and are shipped to you. All back-ordered items ship via standard delivery.
For Pre-Ordered items, we send you an email notification, when the item is back in stock.
About Taxes
Order totals shown in the order window during checkout show estimated taxes. The actual charge to your credit card includes all applicable taxes calculated at the time your order is shipped. Those tax amounts appear on your invoice.
The taxes we charge on merchandise are based on state and local tax laws and tax rates. The tax for an order depends on the delivery address and the location from which the order is shipped. If an order is made up of items shipped from multiple warehouses to a single delivery address, the tax rate applied to the order may vary based on the warehouse locations. Where required, tax is also applied to the shipping and handling charges.
If you return an item for a refund, that refund includes the taxes you paid for the item. There is no refund for taxes paid on shipping and handling, because shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable as soon as an item has been shipped.

About Shipping and Handling Policies:
Shipping charges and expected delivery dates are displayed in your checkout page before final payment. This information also appears in your order confirmation email.
We package and ship your order as soon as we get credit card authorization and verification. Based on our warehouse location and your shipping address, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used include, the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), and DHL.
Prices on our shipping page reflect shipping for domestic orders only. For information on international orders, see "International Shipping."
Why Your Order May Arrive in Two or More Shipments:
Occasionally, we need to send your order in two or more shipments. Our shipping charge applies only to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping charges for subsequent shipments for the same order.
Tracking Your Order:
You can see your order's progress online.
Click "Orders” to track your order. This link appears at the bottom of the website page. You can also sign into your account to see your recent order history, using the email address that you provided when you placed your order.
For each order, you can see order details and shipment summary. The shipment confirmation includes a tracking number for each package, which you can click to see the progress of your package.
In most cases, the shipping carrier is U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Postal Service (UPS), or DHL.
In some cases, we may send an order in multiple packages. When we do, we provide tracking information for all packages, as well as details on which items you can expect in which package. You are charged only once if we choose to send your order in more than one package.

Changing Or Canceling Your Order:
Contact us immediately after placing your order, and we'll do everything we can to accommodate your request.
Our automated processes fill orders quickly, so the time window for changes or cancellations is short.
NOTE: If you cancel an item purchased with a promotion or special deal, you may not be eligible to receive that promotion or discount again. All final sales are not cancellable and not refundable.
Returns of Online Purchases:
Which items are eligible to be returned?
Items are in their original condition: unwashed, unworn and unused. Items not in this condition will not be accepted. Hang tags may not be removed.
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Final sale items (which are marked on your invoice) cannot be returned.
Items that are damaged or defective may be returned at any time.

How Do I Receive My Full Refund?
To receive your full refund in the original form of payment, the items being returned must meet the criteria for returns eligibility (outlined above), and you must have proof of purchase (see below).
What Qualifies As Proof Of Purchase?
Proof of purchase is the original packing slip included with your order.
I am interested in purchasing an item that is marked as "Final Sale" on the website, or I have just purchased an item that is marked as "Final Sale" on the invoice. What does that mean?
Final Sale items cannot be returned.
