To check the status of your order at any time, please enter your order number and the email you used to place the order.

FIND YOUR ORDER NUMBER

When you complete a purchase, an order number appears immediately on the confirmation page. We highly recommend that you record the number for future reference. Your order number is also listed in the confirmation email that is sent within 2hrs of purchasing. Additionally, when your item ships, the order number is included in the shipping confirmation email, along with the tracking number for your package. Registered users can also find their order number by visiting My Account and Login. 

MODIFY OR CANCEL AN ORDER

Please email us at customerservice@aliajaffrey.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our distribution center processes orders quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate your request before it processes.

REVIEW YOUR ORDER HISTORY

Registered users may search for past orders, by visiting Login under My Account and using the email they provided when placing their order. Your order history is not saved if you chose to place your order as a Guest.
